Our Online Race Entry System has been designed to allow customers to enter sports events. The system allows customers to enter their chosen race quickly, efficiently and securely. The online entry system does not have any other function other than to take your entry fee to your chosen event.
The entry system charges cards in Pound Sterling only and we can accept the follow cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Debit Cards
Our online processing system takes the fee charged by the race organiser and charges a fee for processing the credit card. This fee is kept by Inmotion Sport to pay for these banking services.
The race entry fees are given directly to the event organiser.
By entering the race using the system, you will be charged a processing fee. The amount will depend upon the race fee and the race organiser. The transaction fees vary so please see the event websites for exact processing fees.
You will not be liable for a refund of the processing fee charged under any circumstance. Each event will have a refund policy so please see the respective event website for the refund policy.
Our events are organised like the vast majority of sporting events; we use the race fees to fund the event. The races fee goes towards hire or the facilities/land, pays for insurance, race equipment etc. It allows us to stage the event, therefore, we have already started to spend that money way before the event date. Hence we do not issue refunds after entry & entries cannot be deferred to the following year.
By entering an event, you are bound by the race organiser's terms and conditions. Please see the respective event websites for T's & C's.
Inmotion Sport's events - we do not offer a cancellation period for the reasons given in the Events Policy above.
Upon completion of the entry process, you will be sent an email by us confirming entry, fee paid and a user ID number. This email confirms race entry.
